My name is Kaitie Bubier.

I love all things art, family and witty jokes. I grew up (and remain) on the coast of Maine. Catching crabs, slinging mud at low tide… fishing. We’re talking real sand in my sandwiches. My family owned a local seafood restaurant, so to say I was fully surrounded by the Maine coast is an understatement.

I am now a wife, the mom to an energetic 4-year-old son, the bonus mom to a busy 14-year-old daughter and our fur baby Benson.

This all blends together into my art. I love to paint everyday subject matter with an emphasis on color and pattern. I love to capture a moment.. like how it feels when your dog shakes at the beach. Or when you breathe in the ocean air… or discover a new creature. Those moments matter and are arguably the most important.
